CityWide Restoration can properly remove mold and contaminants by establishing a containment area under negative pressure in which our trained technicians will remove all mold-damaged building materials. All areas are encapsulated post-remediation, and it is recommended that an approved and certified industrial hygienist be brought in to take air quality samples to ensure all mold spores have been removed to industry standards. Testing certificates can be issued upon completion for your peace of mind should you have concerns or ever want to sell your property.
